Horse of the Czech Sport Horse or Slovak Warmblood breed born in the Czech Republic (CS)
The new owner of the horse is obliged to report the change of ownership no later than 30 working days from the date of transfer of the horse.
📋 What will you need?
✅ Completed form Change Report – Change of Owner
✅ Signature of both the new and previous owner
✅ Copy of the purchase agreement or other document proving transfer of ownership (if any signature is missing)
✅ Original horse passport
📝 Conditions for making the change
The Change Report form must be signed by both the new and previous owner of the horse.
If any of the signatures are missing, it is necessary to attach a copy of the purchase agreement or other document proving the transfer of ownership to the application.

💡 We recommend sending the horse passport by registered mail.
🔄 Return of passport
After the change is made in the records, the new owner will be entered into the horse's passport.
The passport will be returned to the new owner no later than 10 working days from its delivery, cash on delivery.
