Through the listing form on this website, we process the following data:

first and last name or organisation name,
email address,
phone number (optional),
listing content (text, photos, price).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Publishing a listing — based on your consent given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Communication with interested parties — to allow prospective buyers to contact you; the legal basis is your consent.

4. Recipients of personal data

We do not share personal data with third parties for direct marketing purposes. To the extent necessary for the operation of the website, the following may have access to the data:

Your contact email and phone number are displayed publicly in the listing so that interested parties can contact you.

5. Data retention period

Listings and associated personal data are retained for the duration of the listing's publication and subsequently for a maximum of 1 year after its removal. After that, they are permanently deleted.
